"The Wonder Hat" - A 1952 Radio Drama
In 1952, The Goodman Theatre produced a radio drama version of "The Wonder Hat." We've reconstructed this performance based on a recording at the Newberry Library, with orginal illustrations commissioned from Lake Forest College arts student Jaime Dear. Some illustrations even draw on production footage from "The Wonder Hat," marrying the original audio recording with historic photography and contemporary images.
