Racial Restrictive Covenants were only one of many strategies used to segregate America racially/ethnically. Other strategies, such as redlining, and panic peddling and blockbusting, were as widespread and effective in imposing a territorial dimension to a long-standing history of racial oppression against minoritized groups, but used different specific practices.
