Prize home # 10. Four houses were built from this design. (Others include 12020 Maple Ave in Blue Island; 368 Ridge Road in Highland Park; 1542 Woodbine Ct. in Deerfield.) With three bedrooms, one bath room and a dining alcove rather than full dining room, it is relatively modest. Although a popular real estate information site lists this house as a four-bedroom, two-bedroom house, it is not obvious from the street that there have been alterations.
