Weber's Resubdivision

"No lot or lots in this subdivision or any interest herein may at any time hereafter be sold, conveyed, leased or transferred by a grantee or grantees or any successor in the title of a grantee or grantees; either voluntary or by operation of law to any person who is not a Caucasian, nor may any lot or lots in this subdivision or any improvement or improvements erected thereon, at any time hereafter be occupied, in whole or in part by any person who is not a Caucasian (excepting however persons employed as servants residing on said premises)"
