"No lot in this subdivision may be sold or leased to any person who is not a Caucasian and no building erected on any lot in this subdivision may be occupied by any person not a Caucasian. The owners or occupants of any lot or building in this subdivision may be employed persons not Caucasian and such persons may be domiciled on the premises of the owner or occupants."
