12020 Maple Avenue, Blue Island

Built using Prize Home winner #10 design. Four houses were built from this design. (Others include 2900 W. Pratt; 368 Ridge Road in Highland Park; 1542 Woodbine Ct. in Deerfield.) With three bedrooms, one bathroom and a dining alcove rather than full dining room, it is relatively modest. This version has been altered and is now has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
