Built using Prize Home winner #16 design. The 6817 North Francisco version may still be a three-bedroom home, but a covered porch has been enclosed, likely enlarging the living area. (Another version, 100 W. Washington in Lombard, is substantially altered.) It seems to be still a three-bedroom home.
