Description

"A condition in language as follows: It is an express condition that no part of the real estate herein described shall ever be conveyed or leased to any person who is not Caucasian; provided that Caucasians while using or occupying said real estate, may suffer persons not Caucasians who are employed by them as domestic servants to be upon and about said real estate during such employment, if said real estate or any part thereof shall at any time be conveyed or leased to any person who is not a Caucasian, or shall at any time be conveyed or leased to any person who is not a Caucasian, or shall at any time be used or occupied by any person who is not a Caucasian (except within the proviso aforesaid) then and in any such event all said real estate and all estate and interest therein shall forthwith revert to the grantor who may thereupon re-enter upon and enjoy the same as before the making of any conveyance, provided however, that any such reverter at any time occuring shall be subject and subordinate to any trust deeds or mortgage liens theretofore placedon the said real estate, but that any title to the said real estate acquired through foreclosure or by conveyance in lieu of foreclosure of any such trust deed or mortgage liens shall be subject to the forgoing conditions of reverter for any beach thereof thereafter occuring."
